Working with me
Where I’m coming from.
Sleep is important — so important that God designed us with an innate drive to desire rest even while we’re still in the womb. Alas, restful sleep eludes so many babies and toddlers.
That’s where I come in.
It’s my mission to help families pinpoint the root of their child’s sleep issues and successfully get their child to sleep consistently, independently, and in a developmentally appropriate way. Every child is unique, and you can rest assured that their sleep plan will reflect that.
F.A.Q.s

You are the only one who can answer that. A sleep problem becomes a problem when it interferes with the health, comfort, and harmony of anyone in the home.
If you're still unsure, let's chat for a few minutes to see if we're a good fit.

I am happy to work with babies and children of any age, from birth to grade school!

Cry-it-out gets a bad rap. Over the decades, it's been villainized and caused a huge (and unnecessary) rift in mom circles.
Here's the deal.
I can't promise there won't be tears (from your baby or you).
Anytime a baby or young child learns a new skill (and sleeping independently is definitely a skill), there's bound to be some amount of protest, even from the "chillest" babies.
Letting your baby cry while they learn to fall asleep does not and will not impact your relationship with them, and it certainly shouldn't change your perspective on yourself as a parent.
If cry-it-out isn't your cup of tea, don't panic. I have plenty of tools in my tool belt, and there are many strategies we can try.
As long as you stay committed to the plan and trust the process, we will find a method that works for both you and your baby.
