From a young age, I knew I wanted to be a mom. By the grace of God, I became one, twice over. I remember talking to my mom (a veritable baby whisperer) about motherhood, what to expect, and best practices for raising little disciples.
More often than not, the conversation turned to how she helped my siblings and me sleep well from the moment we got home from the hospital.
I was determined to follow in my mom’s footsteps and set my own kids up for success as early as possible.
And now, I want to pass restful sleep on to you and your family.
I’ve spent years steeped in all things baby sleep. I’ve walked the walk and talked the talk, and I managed to help my two sons sleep consistently by their second month of life.
I’ve been in the trenches and reached the light at the end of the tunnel, and I know how to gently guide you and your little one toward lifelong healthy sleep habits.
Are you ready to say Ciao Ciao to your child’s sleep struggles? I’d love to talk with you and see if we’re a good fit!
Why Ciao Ciao?
My parents spent the first part of their marriage traveling around the world while my dad was a professional baseball player. One of their favorite places was Italy, where they learned the friendliest way to say “goodbye” is to say “ciao ciao.”
My oldest son picked it up and now says, “ciao ciao,” on his way to bed every night.
What a fitting name for a sleep consulting business dedicated to helping little ones say “ciao ciao” to sleep disturbances and doze off without a hitch!
